Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered stunning views over Granada's rooftops and mountains, but being allocated to another floor was not ideal. The stable internet without any issues was a plus, yet some rooms only had a side view of the Cathedral and rooftops. The service was exceptional, with the staff finding us an excellent guide at a reasonable price and being very friendly and helpful. The location was superb, just a three-minute walk from the old city, shops, bars, restaurants, and even the hop-on-hop-off bus. However, the dining options were not the best, so dining elsewhere seems more appealing. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and had excellent showers, the lack of natural light and steaminess made them feel a bit claustrophobic. The service, particularly from the front desk staff, was outstanding, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the dining options. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, but I felt the hotel could have provided more amenities for the price.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room, though small, was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet, offering a beautiful view of the square. The service was exceptional with helpful staff who even made sandwiches for me. The location was perfect, allowing for easy exploration of the central city. While the dining experience was alright, it could have been better. Overall, a great stay for the price.
